Discover the stories behind our settlement’s iconic buildings, stroll down the picturesque street, and marvel at the architectural wonders that have stood the test of time. Our knowledgeable guides will be on hand to share captivating anecdotes and historical facts that will transport you back in time. Book one of our popular tours of the settlement when you arrive as these book up quickly. These are only bootable on the day.
Explore how the early settlers to the community agreed to share their lives together. Through the exhibition the origins and growth of the settlement are explained. Delve into how the residents became self sufficient, earned an income and were socially organised. Seek out why education was important and how the Fulneck schools grew.
Whether you’re a local or visiting from afar, this event offers a unique opportunity to delve into our settlement’s heritage and uncover its hidden treasures. From quaint cottages to grander houses, you’ll be enchanted by the beauty and charm that surrounds you.
Don’t forget to visit Fulneck’s Museum and then treat yourself to refreshments served in the Boys Brigade Hall. For a small fee you can also visit the Classic Car Show that is taking place on the settlement.
There is a car park at the far end of the village on the left. Some spaces may be found along the settlement. The car park closes at 5pm.
