Are you over 50 and would like to get active and have fun.
Our Elders Connect project runs every Tuesday from 11am till 1pm.
Activites include, discussions, cooking, walks, games, gardening and plenty of fun. You will make new friends and feel postive overall.
Pilates and Fitness session every Tuesday from 1.30pm till 3pm £1 per session
Please feel to drop in any time for a chat and a cuppa.
