Well, this is your golden opportunity!  Our group will provide you with that much needed supportive environment where you can truly unleash your creative potential and connect with like-minded souls.   We firmly believe in the healing power of art and crafts, and together, we’ll build a haven where you can freely express yourself without any judgment.  Guided by our experienced facilitator Teresa, who truly understand the unique needs of individuals with mental health concerns, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and creativity.  Teresa will lead you through a variety of craft projects, sharing techniques and providing endless encouragement along the way.
