Beginners Pilates for those in Calverley.
Join a Tuesday evening class at either 5.30pm or 6.30 pm St James the Great Parish Church with it’s beautiful stained glass windows.
Classes are also held on a Wednesday morning starting at 9.15 am at Little Leaf Cafe surrounded by amazing greenery. Sunday classes are starting at Little Leaf Cafe on the 7th April 2024 (9.30am -10.15)
£10.00 per class, bring your own mat, water to drink and active wear. Pilates that hits different.
