These classes are open level blending hatha yoga, somatic movement, and deep rest.
They support you to increase mobility, strength and flexibility at a pace that suits you. They are suitable for all levels of experience including beginners and non-bendy, pre&postnatal and any other bods are welcome.
Inspired by natural rhythms, we use movement, meditation and breath to deepen our connection with ourselves and the world around us so that we can leave with a greater sense of presence and ease.
All sessions end with a guided relaxation. On the last Friday of the month we have a Yoga Nidra session dedicated to nourishing deep rest. Please bring a blanket for this one, maybe a pillow if you prefer your own and anything else to keep you comfy. This term we have two Nidra sessions – 25th April and 30th May.
These are yoga classes for the whole of you and you are welcome just as you are. Join our small, inclusive group for community and connection as we unfurl into the rebirth of Spring.
You can drop in for individual classes or book a discounted pass for 4+ sessions. Sliding scale pricing. No-one turned away for lack of funds – various PAYC options available.
@opensourcearts is a welcoming, community oriented space. We are upstairs in the studio space on the mezzanine floor – no lift unfortunately.
