Welcome to the @flyingfree_aerialleeds new four week beginners course designed to get you off the ground and into the air.You will learn to mount and dismount the equipment as well as lots of shapes along the way- even their logo shape in week 2!
Hoops will always be rigged at varying heights so you are guaranteed to be sat in a hoop within your first lesson!
All our classes aim to build strength, fitness, flexibility, coordination and mostly importantly CONFIDENCE. Variations and progressions are always given to suit every student in the room.
