Bramley & Stanningley: Welcome Spaces

Welcome Spaces in Bramley & Stanningley run until end of March – here’s what’s on each week:
Mon: Tech Buddies @ Bramley Care Bears, 1:30pm – 3:30pm, Broadlea Hill, LS13 2SN. Welcoming space for people to meet others, enjoy hot drinks and soup. Wi-Fi and charging points are available free of charge, everyone is welcome.
Tue: St John’s Church, Stanningley, 10am – 2pm, Bright Street, LS28 6NJ. Welcoming space for people to meet others, enjoy hot drinks and biscuits. Free charging points available, everyone is welcome. Stay for lunch club in a sociable environment.
Wed: Jigsaw @ Trinity Methodist Church, Bramley, 10:30am – 12:30pm, Upper Town Street, LS13 2ER. Play games, complete jigsaw puzzles, or arts and crafts, and enjoy a light lunch afterwards. Mobile charging points are provided, all at no cost. Dementia-friendly, offering a warm welcome to all.
Craft & Chat @ St Thomas’ Church, Norwood Crescent, LS28 6NG, 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, 1pm – 3pm. Come for a brew and a chat alongside a range of crafts, from knitting to flower making and puzzles.
Thu: Trinity Methodist Church, Bramley, 11am – 2pm, Upper Town Street, LS13 2ER. Hot drinks and soup with a roll, toast, and teacakes. Space to chat, sit quietly, or play games; newspapers/puzzle books available. Mobile charging points are provided, all at no cost. Dementia-friendly, offering a warm welcome to all.
St John’s Church, 10am – 2pm, Bright Street, LS28 6NJ. Welcoming space to meet others, have hot drinks and biscuits, charge devices free of charge, and take part in crafts. Stay for lunch club in a sociable environment.
Sat: Coffee morning @ Trinity Church, Bramley 10am – 12pm, Upper Town Street, LS13 2ER. Hot drinks and mobile charging points available, all free of charge. Wheelchair accessible, and the venue is also dementia-friendly, offering a warm welcome to all.
Family Fun Space @ Bramley Baths, every other Saturday, 12 – 2pm, Broad Lane, LS13 3DF. Relaxed, family-friendly space. Stay and Play with arts and crafts, toys, books and games for the whole family, and a nice hot drink for the adults.
