Spiritually, the month of August often signifies new beginnings, harvest, and letting go.  It’s a time of transition, bridging the energy of summer and the approach of autumn. August is associated with the sun and fire energy, symbolizing confidence, vitality, and illumination. It’s a period for embracing inner fire, releasing what no longer serves you, and preparing for the next phase of your journey.
We’ll also be learning about and balancing our heart chakra with Julie. Were going to enjoy heart opening cacao and enjoy a craft together.
