Please feel welcome to join us in circle this month. We are looking further what can we leave to make room for change. Looking forward to our grounding meditation and a lovely meditation from Julie. We are going to look at self care as we move forwards to winter.
Our craft will be beautiful bath oat bags to encourage relaxation and skin care. You can choose the essential oils that speak to you about relaxation. We will have food to share, a warming vegetable soup. The energy exchange for our evening is £15.
