Bramley Baths: Swim, Bike, Run

Our next Swim Bike Run event is on Saturday 1st of June with race times from 4pm. These events are for anyone looking to give all three disciplines of Triathlon a go! The distances are recommended, but by no means set – If you want to do more or less, that is entirely up to you. Our recommendations are:
100 metre swim – 4 lengths of our pool
2km on a stationary bike in our gym
1 km walk/ jog/run on our treadmill
