Armley: SHEnanigans Go Camping

Every year we escape our little community in LS12 go camping and it’s most definitely one of the most talked about highlights of the year (for all the right reasons!). Whether you’re experienced or simply fancy having a go for the first time, we’ve got everything you’ll need to have a great time (tents, sleeping mats/bags and essentials like marshmallows!). We can advise you beforehand if it is your maiden venture – this is our 4th year and we know what we’re doing!
We’ve exclusively booked a wonderful campsite about 30 minutes away from Leeds just for our SHEnanigans team – not another soul in sight. The cost is dependent upon how many of you want to join but we estimate it’ll be £40 for the whole weekend. That includes site fees; transport, brews and all your meals from Friday teatime to Sunday morning (alcohol and snacks aren’t included).
If you want to and can come, please mark ‘going’ so we can get an idea of numbers. One of our team will be in contact at the beginning of August to secure your place. From this point, we’ll need a non-refundable deposit of £20 as we have upfront site fee costs. Full payment (£20) will then be needed to be paid by the 27th August please so we can do a massive shop for all the lovely meals you’ll be having! And… our amazing chef caters for all dietry requirements.
We do have a very limited number of free places as we never want money to be a barrier to creating memories/trying something new. Please message Lizzie Whewell on messenger – the chat will be kept confidential between Lizzie and Toni (SHEnanigan’s Secretary).
We’ll be leaving at 11.30am on the Friday from Armley and will be returning on Sunday from (roughly) 2pm. Gives us time to pack, have lovely brunch and reminisce about the highlights.
There be activities and, as with all SHEnanigans events, you do what you want to do and don’t do what you don’t want to do.
