If you’re a woman aged over 18 and want to feel safer wherever you are, please feel free to pop along to this event.Led by an amazing (really, she is) and super experienced female instructor, we’ll have a little reminder of some life saving moves and a fair few new ones. And – you’ll be leaving not just with a new found confidence, but a free personal alarm too. That and if our past events are anything to go by, you’ll have a great time – giggles guaranteed!
Our instructor can tailor the sessions to meet the needs of pretty much anyone – no expertise needed, just the will to have a go. And as with all our events, you do what you want to do and don’t do anything you don’t want to do.
Co-ordinated by SHEnanigan’s SHE Safe team and wonderful partners, we’re on a mission to make our community a safer one. It doesn’t stop with the above, we’ll soon be training young people; be running some active bystander sessions (available to all sexes); a bespoke session for the LGBTQ+ community and ‘switch on to safety’ classes. Lots going on!
