For those that remember last year, a few of us were understandably a little nervous but we didn’t need to be. Emma is brilliant at what she does, and goes entirely at our pace, for which we were eternally thankful!

Whether you walk, jog, run, or just want to give it a go, it’s all about zero pressure and a load of laughs. No experience needed, just bring your trainers, some water and a smile Think fun, friendship, and feeling good — not fancy footwork!

Where? Entrance of Armley park where the cars are usually lined up, to the fountain that doesn’t have any water in it, then there’s a space behind this where we’ll be. Probably not playing on the existing pitches as these have been used over the past few Thursdays.
