Fancy getting out for some fresh air and a chat? Join us for a lovely evening walk along the canal starting from the Armley Park entrance and heading to The Bridge pub in Kirkstall.
Walking is great for both body and mind – it boosts your mood, helps reduce stress, gets those steps in, and gives us all a chance to socialise and enjoy the fresh air together.
You’re welcome to walk one way with us or, if you’re feeling energetic, join us for the walk back too!
Not up for the walk but still fancy the social? No problem – you’re very welcome to meet us at The Bridge around 7pm for a drink and a catch up.
It’s all about getting out, meeting other women and having a relaxed, friendly evening together. All members welcome
