Armley: Ladies Boxing Sessions

West Leeds women and girls are being encouraged to try out the Saturday morning ladies-only session at The Ministry of Boxing in Moorfield Road Armley, run by local professional boxer Joshua Wisher and his dad Phil.  11am on Saturday mornings session reserved for ladies, young and older,  and we’re inviting more to do so with the aim of eventually creating a second session.

“The ladies classes are really fun and focus on fitness and confidence building for all ages and abilities. I have been attending them for a year now and look to our weekly sessions. The only thing we punch is bags and pads – NEVER heads! Really friendly groups of ladies with supportive leaders who deliver very safe and professional coaching. The exercises and equipment are adapted to individual needs when required. The ladies sessions improve fitness, co-ordination and confidence. So many benefits to be gained… give it a go”.
