For the Male who your life who may be struggling with their Mental Health, Andy’s ManClub is here to help every Monday except Bank Holidays 7-9 pm.  Sometimes listening and knowing you’re not the only one struggling is enough to help.
At our groups there’s no pressure to talk – you can take it all at your own pace.

Men’s suicide prevention charity Andy’s Man Club has launched a new support group in Horsforth, the volunteer-led sessions are held every Monday at 7pm.  Starting Monday, 10 March they will be held at Leeds Trinity University on Brownberrie Lane.
