Abbey House: Children’s Book Week – Singing Animal Stories

Join us on Friday 9 May at 11am for a singing storytelling session in Children’s Book Week. Inspired by our ‘Story Time’ exhibition and lead by the wonderful community musician Nicky Bray.
An owl with a guitar is a not so subtle reminder of our Singing Storytime session this Friday 9 May at 11am.
We are big fans of the Owl and the Pussycat. Does anyone have a favourite Children’s book they would like us to try and fit in to our summer street extravaganza of stories? Expect an hour of light hearted literary and lyrical fun. All ages welcome. Especially suited to pre-schoolers! This event is free, and drop-in, but voluntary donations are welcome on the day.
