Age UK: Leeds 10k Abbey Dash – Sunday 22 October 2023

There is still time to sign up and secure your place at the Leeds Abbey Dash 10k for Age UK, the popular charity fun run.

The event will be taking place on Sunday, 22 October in Leeds city centre, with entries closing at midday on Tuesday, 17 October.

Start and finishing point: The Headrow, Leeds

Start time: Elite wheelchair 10k – 9am / Junior 2k – 9.05am / 10k – 9.30am (baggage and information tents open in Millennium Square from 7.45am)

Pre-race warm up: 9am at Millennium Square 
Distance: 10k event for adults (ages 15+), 10k elite wheelchair race, and 2k ‘Junior Dash’ event for 8 -14-year-olds

The course: The flat course is perfect for both beginners and experienced runners
Registration fee: £28, or £26 for UK Athletics members. The Junior Dash is £10 to enter. (All costs exclude a processing fee*).
