Local residents are invited to the grand opening of a play park in New Wortley.
New Wortley Community Centre and its youth board have been working with Leeds City Council, New Wortley Residents’ Group and Active Leeds to secure new playground equipment for a playground on Jailey Field, at the back of HMP Leeds.
Adults and children are invited to come along in fancy hallowe’en dress for a fun afternoon of family activities.
The official opening of the play area is on Wednesday, 30 October 2024, 1-3pm.
