Bramley Community Centre hosts school uniform swap

Summer is a stressful time for caregivers for a number of reasons – but having to replace the kids’ school uniform can be a particular bind, writes Keely Bannister.

Bramley Community Centre is set to host a school uniform swap this Saturday 10th August to help address one aspect of the dreaded school uniform hunt: the cost of buying it.

The School Uniform Clothes Swap is a chance for caregivers to bring clean and ironed uniform that a child has grown out of to the community centre and exchange it for a different size or style.

The event will be run using a token system with people receiving a token for each item being given in, which the person can then use to redeem one new item of uniform they require.

Any questions? Contact the centre via their website or by calling 0113 236 1644.
