Bramley Community Arts Festival offers celebration for all ages

Bramley Community Arts Festival is set to celebrate music and the arts in the area.

Following the success of the Leeds 2023 Year of Culture Cultural Collective, which saw over 900 people attend events across four locations around Bramley.

Subsidised by the council’s Inner West Community Committee, all events are free to attend or pay as you feel.

Saturday 20 July

BRAMLEY BATHS

11am-1pm: Fairy Garden: art, crafts, face-painting, and storytelling for children.

1.15pm: performance from Bramley Mermaids

1.30pm-2.20pm: Family Swim Session – book directly with Bramley Baths.

ST PETER’S CHURCH

3pm-5.30pm Open Afternoon: Artwork from local people and groups such as West Leeds Men’s Network, plus photographs from Bramley History Society will be displayed. Charity group Hookers & Clickers will be present. Performances included Recorder players, Dazl Dance, The Bandstanders & Tutti community concert band. Cafe style with refreshments.

Sunday 21 July

BRAMLEY VILLAGERS CLUB

4pm-7pm Concert featuring: Lisa Crawshaw Dance School, Class Act Youth Theatre, Bramley Parish Theatre Players, String of Beads Choir, Leeds Youth Opera & The Daytime Choir.
