There was no rest for artists Emma Hardaker and Bobbie Rae as they launched the All Together Armley Art Project, writes Glenn Broadbent.
Armley residents came out in force to be part of the community designed mural which will be installed on the 21st April.
This is the first of four workshops the next being with Armley Helping Hands today (Monday) and the other two with the Breeze teams at Armley Leisure Centre.

Today’s workshop will be filmed by Made in Leeds TV.
The Armley-based artists will then move into the former Yorkshire Bank on Town Street to turn the community’s contributions into the final work. You can pop-in and see them at work from March 27th.
Visitor Peta Markowski said:
“I have lived in Armley 12 years and this is a nice thing to do it make me feel part of Armley.”
