Allow the gongs\, crystal and Tibetan bowls\, rainstick\, koshi chimes and more to take you to a deep meditative state where you can simply ‘just be’.  Part of the 2026 Leeds Mindfulness Festival.\nPlease bring your own pillow\, mat and blanket for comfort.\n\nVisitor Information\n\nPlease do not attend this event if you have seizures that are induced by sound\, or if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please note the Victorian Street surface is slightly uneven\, so make sure you bring a suitable mat to provide cushioning. You may also sit in a chair if your prefer. Level access is available throughout the entire building. Free car parking across the road in Abbey House Car Park (there is a height barrier in place).
