West Leeds: Pudsey Goes Purple – Stage 1
March 28 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Meeting at Stanningley Fire Station @ 10am we will be attempting Stage 1 of an adventure to get Stanningley Fire Station to Thornbury Roundabout litter free.
It’s the Leeds Goes Purple flagship event Friday 28th March – Sunday 30th March. We will attempt over the 3 days to litter pick the B6157 (Stanningley Road) and A647 (Bradford Road) from Stanningley Fire Station to Thornbury Roundabout. It’s quite the challenge and we will need as much help as possible
Friday 28th March – meeting at Stanningley Fire Station @ 10am and hopefully getting as
close to New Pudsey Station as possible
Saturday 29th March – meeting at New Pudsey Station @ 10am and starting where the previous day left off attempt to get close to Thornbury Barracks roundabout
Sunday 30th March – meeting at Winnebagel on Galloway Lane @ 10am and starting where previous day left off and attempting to get to the Gain Lane junction just before the Bradford border
It’s quite an ambitious plan but I reckon we can give it a shot!
FYI – will only have spare equipment on the Saturday and Sunday, I will have lots of bags all 3 days.
