A weekly meditation class with Rosemary Spencer, who is trained with the British School of Meditation (BSOM).

Come along on Tuesday evenings, from 7pm – 8pm; to unwind, relax, and learn the ability to be present, to rest in the here and now.

Rosemary is particularly interested in the science that is emerging about meditation, which proves all the wonderful benefits meditation can have!

Practicing meditation can provide a whole host of scientifically proven benefits for your health and wellbeing.
