Rosie has been practicing yoga for around 8 years now and finally decided to do her 200hrs yoga teacher training at the start of 2022. He qualifications are:
Rosie says “Yoga has really helped me through some really dark and difficult periods of my life and more generally helps me to manage stress and anxiety. I take a calm, therapeutic and inclusive approach to my classes and aim to help yogi’s stretch, strengthen and celebrate the uniqueness of their bodies”.
