Drink and Be Grateful Fountain Community Garden
Hello there friends, it’s the Autunm Equinox marking the end of summer 2023.
Kirkstall in Bloom have had a fantastic summer. We’ve been taking care of the Drink And Be Grateful Fountain Garden for eleven years now and it’s been good to see the garden bloom. How did that happen? Because volunteers came and took part in improving our community. So far this year we’ve welcomed five new volunteers to help us. The impact of their efforts is beyond measure and KIB are very grateful.
We have a few more garden sessions coming up and are looking forward to welcoming new and old volunteers alike to help care for our community garden spaces in the centre of Kirkstall. No experience is necessary, we will provide tools, guidance, and an opportunity to develop your skills and connect with your community.
