Kirkstall in Bloom will be holding a blooming gorgeous plant sale on Saturday (27 June) between 11am and 1pm at the Drink and Be Grateful Fountain Garden.
During the volunteer community group’s June gardening session there will be offerings from the Kirkstall in Bloom nursery (a volunteer’s greenhouse) as well as those grown by Grace Hills, of Sparking Community.
Now in its second year, the plant sale is an excellent way to support a hard-working community group and add some new plants to your beds and pots. There will all be the opportunity to chat with Kirkstall in Bloom volunteers about KIB’s gardens and help out in the Drink and Be Grateful Fountain Garden (not compulsory).
With Kirkstall in Bloom there isn’t an expectation volunteers come every month, a couple of hours over sessions throughout the year can keep Kirkstall looking absolutely blooming marvellous.
