I’m offering open level classes which blend Hatha Yoga, Somatics and Deep Rest.
These classes support you to increase mobility, strength and flexibility at a level that suits you.
We use movement, meditation and breath to deepen our connection with ourselves and the world around us so that we can leave with a greater sense of presence and ease.
All sessions end with a nourishing guided relaxation. On the last Friday of the month (28th March this half term) we have a Yoga Nidra session dedicated to deep rest.
We have been having a special time connecting with the natural cycles of life and would love for you to join us as we step into spring
We are a small, friendly group in an inclusive space. All props are provided, please wear warm layers and bring a blanket to our Nidra session (and any other time if it’s more comfortable to). We are in the studio area which is up a set of stairs on the mezzanine floor. I also offer PAYC spaces if needed due to low income.
