Farsley: Seated Yoga

If you think yoga “isn’t for you”, chair yoga might surprise you.
Our Wednesday chair yoga class is designed to gently build strength, improve balance and mobility and reduce stiffness, all without getting down on the floor. It’s ideal if you’re recovering from injury, managing long-term conditions, or simply want to move more comfortably and confidently.
Expect better posture, easier breathing, calmer minds and bodies that feel looser and more supported, plus a good laugh and a lovely atmosphere.
Come as you are. Leave feeling better than when you arrived.
