Bramley Baths: Cyanotype Heritage Workshop with Flock Foto

Explore the history and architecture of Bramley Baths through analogue photography.

Discover the rich history and distinctive architecture of Bramley Baths in this hands-on cyanotype workshop. Beginning with a short introduction to the historic cyanotype process, you’ll explore the exterior of this Grade II listed building, exploring architectural details, textures and heritage.

Using your observations and archival-inspired imagery, collage and text, you’ll create a series of unique cyanotype prints that respond to the building’s history and character. You’ll also learn about one of the earliest photographic printing techniques and experiment with creating your own analogue photographic artworks.

Suitable for beginners, families and anyone interested in local heritage, architecture or creative photography. All materials are provided.

About Flock Foto

Flock Foto is a collective of female and non-binary photographic artists, creating a supportive space for collaboration, experimentation and creative exchange. Through workshops, exhibitions and community projects, the collective explores analogue and contemporary photographic practices while encouraging participants to learn, make and connect through photography.
