Bramley: Annual Worm Charming Festival 2025

BLM (Bramley lives matter) are honoured to have been invited to host IWCF2025 on the hallowed turf of the salubrious Bramley Park this June, it’s fun for all the family and anyone can enter it’s free.Worm charming is a unique competition where participants compete to entice the most earthworms to emerge from the soil. It involves using various techniques, often including vibrations and sounds, to simulate rain or other stimuli that would naturally make worms surface. The goal is to draw the most worms to the surface within a set time limit.
While worm charming can be a competitive activity, it also serves to educate people about the importance of earthworms and soil health.
