Bramley: Andys Man Club Meetings

Hi, my name is John Lloyd.
A few years ago, I walked through the doors of Andy’s Man Club Milford because I needed help. I didn’t know what to expect, and I certainly didn’t think I’d end up where I am today.
Andy’s Man Club gave me a place where I could be myself, talk when I was ready, listen when I wasn’t, and realise I wasn’t facing things on my own. It didn’t just help me through a difficult time, it changed my life.
Today, I’m incredibly proud to be the Group Lead at the brand-new Andys Man Club Leeds Bramley
It’s a privilege to help create the same safe, welcoming space that once helped me.
I’m not sharing this for sympathy. I’m sharing it because if my story encourages just one man to take that first step through the door, then it’s worth it.
You don’t have to have all the answers.
You don’t even have to talk.
You just have to turn up.
Every Monday, we’ll have the kettle on, the biscuits ready, and a room full of men who understand.
Because it’s okay to talk.
