A little calm before the jumble sale storm! We thought we’d do something different with some simple loom weaving then we’ve got an amazing Tai Chi instructor taking us through some gentle paces in ‘moving meditation’.
As always, this is a ‘pay as you feel’ event but if you can contribute, that would really help
