West Leeds: Grants available to community organisations

Community projects in West Leeds are being invited to apply for grants.

Leeds City Council’s Inner West and Outer West Community Committees are currently inviting applications to their Wellbeing grant fund for projects starting after 1 April 2018.

The fund supports the social, economic and environmental wellbeing of the area by funding projects that provide local events, crime prevention, leisure activities and improvements to community facilities amongst other things.

Projects must be delivered within the communities the committees serve. The Outer West Committee serves Pudsey, Farnley & Wortley and Farsley & Calverley wards, while Inner West covers Armley, Bramley and Stanningley and Kirkstall.

The closing date for receipt of applications is Friday 12th January 2018 at 5pm. See the guide below to answer frequently asked questions.
