An empty industrial unit in Stanningley could be transformed into a trampoline park and cafe, if plans are approved by Leeds City Council.

Applicant Mr M Carr hopes to transform the former car storage building at Unit 2, Slaters Road, Stanningley into a new trampoline business which would create four full-time jobs and two part-time positions.

A planning assessment by NW Architects, which was submitted with the application, said:

“We … consider that, having assessed the proposal within the relevant planning policy context, the proposed development is acceptable and, on behalf of the applicant, we respectfully request that the Council approve this application without delay.”

There would be ten car parking spaces on the site.

The proposals can be viewed in full here.
