A business centre off busy Stanningley Road could be transformed into apartments, if new proposals are approved.
Developer 88M Group aims to transform the three office buildings at Cubic Business Centre into 54 apartments.
The proposals also include 78 parking spaces and space for 68 cycles, as well as green space on the Bramley site. One of the buildings would have a rooftop extension.
Detailed plans for the first 14 flats can be viewed here. A separate planning application to change the sue of the site from offices to residential has also been submitted.
