A sofa showroom in Rodley could be transformed into four flats if planning permission is granted by Leeds City Council.
Applicant James Campey has submitted plans to transform The Gables Showroom and workshop on St Andrew’s Close.
The flats would be housed over three floors and the development would include parking for six cars, alongside space for ten cycles.
Planning agent George Whitley said the outside of the building would not alter dramatically, with existing windows and doors to the south and west being filled in.
