Plans for a new vehicle hire centre at an industrial estate off Whitehall Road will create up to 26 new jobs in the area.
Applicant Northgate PLC, which hires both cars and vans, hopes to convert a vacant warehouse and distribution premises into a vehicle hire and sales centre at Whitehall Industrial Estate.
The company also hopes to build a jet wash bay, cycle store and a bin store on the site.
