Saturday, May 28th, is hanging basket day in Armley, writes Glenn Broadbent of All Together Armley.
Armley Common Right Trust will be handing out hanging basket components at Moor Top between 10am and 1pm – they are free but donations are gratefully accepted and will be used to fund next year’s event.
And we want Armley Town Street to join in!
We will be holding a street stall on Town Street with flowers, plants and environment related games for children from 11pm.
We are asking you to join the fun and make Armley Bloom. Simply put a small display outside your business or a display on your counter.
Why not ask your colleagues to join in and wear floral dress or a flower in their hair?
