Figures show West Leeds is worst for potholes: Here’s how to report problems

Statistics revealed this week show West Leeds has some of the WORST roads in the city when it comes to potholes.

The top three roads for potholes in the city during 2017 – Stanningley Bypass, Bradford Road and Stanningley Road – are all West Leeds roads.

According to figures in the Yorkshire Evening Post, the top ten roads for pothole reports last year were:

  1. Stanningley Bypass – 69.
  2. Bradford Road – 62.
  3. Stanningley Road 46.
  4. Dewsbury Road – 40.
  5. Copgrove Road – 32.
  6. Wakefield Road – 32.
  7. Eccup Lane – 27.
  8. High Street – 27.
  9. Otley Road – 26.
  10. Whitehall Road – 25

Stanningley Bypass has been the most reported road in Leeds for the past three years.
