Farsley Farmers’ Market is always a big draw and this Saturday’s event is offering some seasonal solice. The guys behind the popular monthly event explain …

With autumn upon us you’ll be looking for some comfort foods and winter warmers – and we hope to provide those on Saturday, 22 October!

Many of our regular producers will be joining us selling cured meats, pies, fresh fish, bakes, cakes, honey, oils & olives, seasonings, ground coffee and pizza pie.

On the home front we have vintage wares and merino wool blankets.

New stallholders include ‘One Guys Pizza Pies’ and ‘My Secret Kitchen’. Exciting?

There will be a full Hall of Gift and activity tables also including handknits, handmade jewellery, Clothes by Rebecca, aromatherapy a bath bombs and Calverley Candle Co. with a Kids’ Waxworks too.

Come in for a warming cuppa and enjoy one of our famous bacon butties (made with meat from the local butcher) still only £1. And FREE this month – balloon modelling by @Artifaces, so be sure to bring the children along between 9.45am and 11.45am for that!

Looking ahead

In November 2016 we have a Farmers Market on Saturday 26th and 13 stalls of produce and seasonal goods on sale at Farsley’s Christmas Lights Event on Wednesday 30th.

Do make a date to join us on Christmas Eve, 24th Deemberc, whatever the weather! We will be serving chestnuts roasted in our pizza oven and free winter warmers for all.
