A former bank on Armley Town Street could become a restaurant and flats, if a planning application is approved.
Developer HM Properties wants to turn the former Yorkshire Bank, which has been empty for several years, into a restaurant with three flats on the second and third floors.
The proposals include introducing ‘shop front’ style windows to the ground floor restaurant. They don’t include details on what sort of restaurant is planned.
